  Drive PID action-
After checking the air pressure level at the outlet pipe, internal PID of the drive compares between the set pressure levels & presents pressure level, if present pressure level is below the set level it start increasing the RPM of the motor to increase the air pressure. The rate of change of motor RPM & amount by which with respect to the air pressure is controlled by PID parameter. The parameters are no.417, Speed PID Proportional Gain & Par, no 418 Speed PID integral Time.
 
 
  Automatic loading & unloading control:
Loading & unloading of compressor can control by using internal relay of drive. Two different limit point (one for compressor loading & another for unloading) can be set in parameter Par no.227 Warning feedback low & Par. No 228 Warning feedback high & with reference to this parameter internal relay can be programmed which will activate or deactivate as per the pressure feedback. By using this relay valve can be operate which will block or pass
the airflow to the air tank.
 
 
Safety features:
Motors parameters like current, frequency, output current; output frequencies, temperature can control to the safety limit in VFD parameter. Two limits can program in drive for each motor parameter that is prewarning limit & alarm limit. If output exceeds warning limit VFD will generate & indicate warning on VFD display unit, if output will exceeds the warning limit VFD will generate the Alarm & stop the drive. By using internal relay output drive functions can control. Also same relay contact can used to indicate the alarm fault on panel. The operator should rectify the fault first and then he can press the reset switch provided on the panel.
 
 
System status display-:
To give the online status information of outlet pressure & motor RPM of to the operator, status indicators are provided on the panel. Also to indicate the VFD status, VFD ON, VFD OFF & VFD TRIP, lamp indicators are provided on panel.
