Application Requirements:
To control the Filling of material such
as chilly powder, Wheel Powder of Auger
Filing machine. System consist of 64
DI/DO with HMI and Axis positioning
module and Programmable co-processor
module. Control system was designed
to control the weight of filling material
where the weight is sensed by Weighing
Scale. Two axis control is done by Axis
positioning. With the help of OIU, parameters
such as quantity of the filling material
can be set. |

PLC system with accurate control of Quantity
of powder.
VSAS Solution:
VSAS has design the system with programmable
coprocessor module and axis positioning module.
With the help of OIU and as per the type of
powder, the recipe is selected and the parameters
are set accordingly. The weight of material
is sensed by Weighing scale and the feedback
was given to PCM module.
VSAS Solution was based on:
CPU SYSTEM: 90-30 Family PLC - with PCM module.
I/O SYSTEM: Consist of Series 90-30 I/O 64
DI/Do
Axis Positioning module Here the positions
for filling the powder were decided by this
special card. OIU Operator interface unit
with various recipes was used to select the
parameters such as weight, Specific gravity.

position of filler were control. Accurate
