VSAS Solution:
VSAS has design the system with Versamax modular
PLC and Cimplicity SCADA Package. Report Generation
is executed in SCADA package.

Benefits:
Previous system was with independent PID controller,
Now all PID controlled by PLC so it minimizes
the cost. Due to the SCADA as supervisory
controller the system becomes user friendly
& Parameter tuning possible at one place only.
In this system all valves related to operation
were controlled by PLC , all PID related parameters,
can be set through Cimplicity. Trending for
SP, PV, CV as well as shifts wise report generation
for all PID, various Alarm generation. Less
steam consumption so payback period is less.
