In
this system GE-Fanuc PLC with Indramat AC
Servo drive & motors were used for torque
control of nut runner. Torque transducer was
mounted on motor shaft to sense torque – this
feedback was provided to PLC as analog input.
Depending on the torque value PLC controlled
servo system.
All the parameters related to operation were
programmed through OIU. Parameters printing
facility was also provided. |
