where the weight is sensed by Weighing
Scale. Single axis control is done by
the High Speed Input from the Encoder
to Micro. With the help of OIU, parameters
such as quantity of the filling material
can be set. |

VSAS Solution:
VSAS has design the system with micro PLC
and Operator Interface. With the help of OIU
and as per the type of gel, the recipe is
selected and the parameters are set accordingly.
VSAS Solution was based on:
CPU SYSTEM: Series 90 Micro PLC OIU Operator
interface unit with various recipes was used
to select the parameters such as weight, Specific
gravity.
