Requirements: 110 TPD OIL PLANT AUTOMATION.
System consist of 90-30 PLC having Ethernet
interface with Cimplicity Scada package. Control
system was designed to perform, Control of
Soft Column Operation of DEO ( Deodorization
), Control Of Dosing Process, Control Of De-waxing
Process Data Logging & Report generation.

by improving process accuracy, minimum down

VSAS Solution:
VSAS has design the system with 90-30 PLC
with Ethernet CPU and Cimplicity SCADA Package.
Report Generation is executed in SCADA package.

CPU SYSTEM: Series 90-30 CPU364 PLC SCADA
Package 5.5V
